The Ultima Stainless Steel Barbecue
The Black Forge Ultima is our original Ultimate Barbecue.
Designed and made by ourselves in our own forge for many
years, slowly evolving through various prototypes into the
impressive, multi-functional, free standing, combination of
black and stainless steel photographed here .
The Ultima’s strengths lie in its engineered, heavy duty
construction, combined with our own simple yet ingenious
patent design, whereby all the cooking grills, racks and pans
can be swivelled over the hot charcoal for cooking, and easily
swivelled off again giving unique, instant control.
All the cooking grills and pans can be raised and lowered
between the three pin heights for variable temperature,
split level cooking.These are all removable, interchangeable
and add-on-able.
