The Rota Stainless Steel Barbecue
The Black Forge Rota takes a little explaining. Initially, it strikes as a traditional,
stainless steel, mid sized charcoal barbecue – but it has a couple of unique features that elevate it (literally) into a category of its own.
Firstly, the single rectangular cooking rack can be raised and lowered to one of
three heights for cooking via an easy to operate, self-locking lever, positioned across the full width of the
barbecue front.
Secondly, the cooking grill is hinged and double sided with a locking ring that effectively clamps the food between the
two mesh walls.
Thirdly, a simple lift of this handle turns the grill and its entire contents over in one easy action. Complicated to
describe yet impressively easy to operate.
The Rota is made entirely from stainless steel and comes complete with two removable storage/food
preparation shelves, plus wheels and handles for easy manoeuvrability.
Its quick detachable legs make it simple to dismantle and very compact when packed back into its re-useable box.
