The barbecues throughout this brochure are shown, at times, with additional extras. All our barbecues are supplied as listed under their individual specifications. However, a wide range of optional extras allow total customisation to your barbecuing needs plus the ability to add on to your barbecue at the time of order or at a later date.We also offer a repair or replacement service if required. Most of the following extras are suitable for all barbecues incorporating our swivel pin system. Suitable models below each extra indicates total compatibility. 	1.The Doobrie - Our most popular extra at time of order – its a sort of swivelling multi-purpose tray/holder/hook ‘thingy’ for utensils, oven gloves, tea towels, kitchen roll dispensing, chefs private drinks tray etc. - Black or Stainless Steel For the Ultima, Ikon,Mini Ikon.
	2. Dual purpose swivelling frying pan/drinks or condiment tray - Stainless steel - Black (not for cooking on) For the Ultima, Ikon,Mini Ikon.
	3.Traditional, high carbon steel, 14” diameter, Chinese Wok with matching swivelling wok ring (great for stir fried vegetables, rice, boiling, vegetables etc.) For the Ultima, Ikon,Mini Ikon , Barrel.
	4. Giant Wok with matching swivelling wok ring - Really impress your friends with this larger, 22” diameter traditional Chinese wok and matching swivel ring. For serious stir frying or the Godfather of Paellas. For the Ultima and Ikon.
	5.The Big Lid - A 24” diameter domed lid with handle for the Ultima & Ikon barbecues, instantly converts from grill to convection oven type barbecues. (Please note, the lid does not seal and should therefore not be considered for converting the barbecue into a smoker.) - Black or Stainless Steel For the Ultima and Ikon.
	6.The Heat Shield - A semi-circular slide-on shield designed to locate over half the barbecue’s cooking area in-between the hot coals and food. It effectively stops the food cooking while still keeping it warm and also catches fat dripping onto the coals so preventing ‘flare ups’. For the Ultima and Ikon.
	7.The Wind Shield - A curved vertical shield with two handles designed to clip around the outer wall of the barbecue bowl to prevent wind from removing too much heat or lifting the ashes and coating your food. For the Ultima and Ikon.
	8. Semi Circular Griddle – Same size as the standard cooking grills but with a heavy gauge, solid stainless steel base. Complete with swivel rings on both sides for complete flexibility. For the Ultima and Ikon.
	9. Circular Wok Ring - The same size 12” diameter ring used to support the wok can also be used as a general support for your own frying pan or skillet (not suitable for deep pans or hot liquids). For the Ultima, Ikon,Mini Ikon & Barrel.
	10. Kebab Rack & Skewers - A barbecue favourite, but most of the skewer’s contents usually get left stuck to the grill! Our solution is a square swivelling frame with grooves and holes to securely locate four skewers which can be freely revolved for even cooking. Also, the entire rack can be swivelled on or off the heat - it works!
	11.Wooden Bread Board - A 13” diameter circular bread board/chopping board designed to securely locate within the wok ring (No 9). For the Ultima and Ikon.
	12. Small Lid - A 13” diameter light stainless steel lid suitable for covering the 14”wok or circular frying pan For the Ultima, Ikon,Mini Ikon , Barrel.
	13. Medium Lid A16” diameter domed lid for converting your Mini Ikon from grill to convection oven type barbecue For the Mini Ikon only.
	14. Replacement Weatherproof pvc cover - Forgot to tie it down after a windy forecast? For the Ultima and Ikon (round - shown left) or for the Barrel (rectangular - not shown).
	15. Zip Up Hold-all (Mini Ikon only) - A heavy duty, platicised canvas hold-all with 2 webbing carry straps designed to stow your Mini Ikon and keep your car clean while in transit. For the Mini Ikon only.
	16. Black Forge Charcoal Black Forge barbecues also offer a mail order service for the supply of our own brand charcoal sourced from the South Malaysian jungle. Produced by a long standing village of native, traditional charcoal producers, this village has the full approval and backing of the Malaysian Forestry Commission.
